Our team designed a space that could support our return-to-work philosophy following the end of the pandemic. We envisioned a workplace that supported our team’s different working styles, enabling us to continue shaping a positive work culture and accommodate our rapid company growth. The biggest design considerations for this hybrid work environment included task-driven spaces, opportunities for gathering, the seamless integration of technology, and the incorporation of warm and welcoming design elements that could rival the comfort of working from home.
