To represent Newmark’s international platform, we sought to incorporate aspects of Seattle with an international flair through our design. The basis of our concept came from black-and-white images of historic and iconic Seattle buildings in construction from builders around the world. Natural wood elements were set against aged steel materials to create a warm and modern space, amplifying the juxtaposition between urban buildings and Seattle’s natural environment. The flexible office layout accommodates Newmark’s broad brokerage services, including a full range of management services, extensive research, and marketing resources.
