The Burgess design team worked with H.D. Fowler Company to develop the corporate workplace design standards that are now being implemented in the company’s branch locations across four western states. The creation of standards were developed from discussions, interviews, and questionnaires with the employees and all levels of stakeholders over the course of three months. The standards were initially part of the corporate relocation project and were so well received that they not only led into the area study and programming for the project, but also resulted in companywide implementation. The package includes everything from finishes, lighting, and materiality to furniture and equipment and will help to establish a cohesive brand for the company’s legacy well into the future.
