Coughlin Porter Lundeen’s new office provided an opportunity to evolve their workspace while staying true to their warm industrial aesthetic. Natural materials, soft textures, and earthy tones were layered throughout the design to create a comfortable and welcoming environment. In collaboration with their team, we reimagined the layout by reducing the size of individual workstations and introducing a generous work café and lounge adjacent to the reception and kitchenette. This flexible zone acts as a living room for the office, offering a casual space for meetings, a welcoming area for guests, and a dynamic setting for social gatherings. The result is a thoughtfully balanced environment that supports focused work and reflects the firm’s collaborative and approachable culture.
