During the pandemic, this prestigious law firm approached us with the need to downsize and reimagine their office space as part of a flight to quality, aiming to create an environment that would entice employees back to the workplace while recognizing that many would continue working remotely. The goal was to design a space that felt lighter, brighter, and more inviting. When you arrive at the elevator lobby, you’re immersed in mountain peaks, icicle like lighting and natural elements. As you move towards the main lobby the extremities refence the complete journey around the sound.
The result is an elegant, welcoming space filled with natural light and subtle nods to the local terrain. With equity and flexibility in mind, the office layout features a uniform office size with no corner offices, and all offices function as hoteling spaces to support a hybrid model. The full renovation transformed the space with new glass office fronts throughout, with special emphasis on the arrival and community areas—standout features that set the tone for a refreshed, forward-thinking workplace.
