Island Corporate Center

In our rapidly evolving corporate landscape, the need for break-out and collaborative spaces has become increasingly apparent. We felt the lobby of Island Corporate Center would be the perfect spot to create a space where tenants could step away from their desks, grab a coffee, and have a brainstorming session.

With the addition of a custom-designed, two-way fireplace and comfortable yet modern furniture, the lobby was transformed into an inviting space that is not only beautiful to look at, but provides an inviting collaboration space for its valued tenants.

Additionally, we upgraded the building’s common areas, restrooms and elevator lobbies to give this dated building a fresh, contemporary look and feel.

– Sharon Garcia, Executive Assistant, Finance, Esterline Technologies Corporation

I have worked with Burgess (Design) in varying capacities for over 20 years.  In addition to great people, I’ve appreciated the design expertise they show for many of the projects we undertake as well as basic tenant improvement projects.  They have also been an excellent building architect managing CAD drawings as well as BOMA.  They provide an excellent service.

– Shawn Jackson, General Manager, Urban Renaissance Group

I have worked with Jim Burgess and his organization for over 25 years in Seattle. Their collaborative team effort on all projects is great. They put the client’s needs first, and play a critical role in developing a business/office environment that suits the client.
